after enter 25 digit code nothing happens

Hi, just got a new xbox 1, when i input the 25 digit code for the game the blinking cursor just stops at end of last digit, can not get any further, also happens with the 25 digit code for the free two weeks live Gold, Help Please

After enter the 25 digit & send :

Retry. If happen again inform @ xbox.com/errorhelp and enter 0x8000000e but ...

CODE DOESN'T EXIST.

So ?!...

Gold Membership....

When I enter 25-digit code for gold mebership It say's that something went wrong and nothing happens... how can i fix it ?

hit the B button as if you’re going back a page/screen and it’ll bring up the “confirm” page. Not sure why it’s like that but it’s happened to me a few times.

Had the same problem putting the code in for my new XBL Gold, but as brandiesel1 has stated, hitting B brings up the confirm page, very confusing when it was always highlight the `Done` box and press A button.

Is it a 9 digit code or a 25 digit code? 9 digit codes are for microsoftstore.com. You would have to make the purchase there and it gives you the option to add a promo code during checkout. You would have to contact their customer support for issues with
entering the code.

25 digit codes are Xbox codes and would be redeemed to your account before you make a purchase.

It's a 9 digit code. When I go the Microsoft store site and try to purchase it, it brings up the store app from windows 10. There is no place to enter the 9 digit code. only the 25 digit ones
