    Ambassador Access after enforcement actions

    Unfortunately unless the program's requirements are changed in the future, there is no way you can rejoin while you have had an enforcement action on your account.

    Hello,

    I used to be an Xbox Ambassador and I've always supported the program for as long as I could, but then received a random Communication Ban out of nowhere. The reason why I was banned is unclear and I didn't know I could do a case review during that time
    that it was active. This ban caused me to be removed from the ambassador's program. I would like to have this reviewed and to have a chance to get accepted back into the program as I do not believe I should have been banned to begin with. My Xbox Live reputation
    has always been good and there was never a reason to be banned.

    Please let me know how or if I would be able to get back into the program.

    Suspensions generally end at the time that they started. If you're having problems after that time has past, give the steps on this forums post a shot.

    Help becoming an Xbox Ambassador.

    Any enforcement action after a year of last action so you just need to wait a year after the picture was taken down by enforcement you might be able to join after that.

    I have received enforcement action

    As per the terms of the ambassador program you will be removed if you receive any enforcement action & will never be allowed to rejoin unless the enforcement action is overturned after a case review.

    If you have been subject to any enforcement actions this will prevent you from joining/suspend you from the program for a period of twelve months after the expiry of these enforcement actions.
