After downloading the game isn’t in my games list

First, welcome to the Xbox community. When you try to download the game do you get an error, or just the message that you need to buy the game?

Please check your order history via the link below, and see if the transaction has already been completed or if it has been rejected.

If it shows as completed, please try the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

After removing the account follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Now add your account again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.

Select Clear local saved games.

Select Yes to confirm.

Restart your console.

Solution 3:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Hello, thanks a lot for the trick.

After a few days of tests, it seems working pretty well now.

The only strange thing is that after 20 minutes of being powered off (always in instant mode) the Xbox app takes two downloads to start the first one, while, if I turn on the Xbox remotely, I’m able to see my games list change in real time and to download immediately. I have the feeling that the console isn’t able to proper communicate remotely when in a deep state of “sleep” (20+ minutes after turning it off and putting it in instant on).

Do I have to consider this a normal behavior? Or i should be able to download and see my games list change in real time from remote even when the console is turned off (instant on)?

The game was closed when I started to download the update because my internet isn’t that good so I can’t play online games and download something at the same time.

Why can’t these apps be prohibited from being put out for people to download? Isn’t there someone who checks the games? Isn’t there any kind of security that goes along with the games being released?
