After doing the Season 1 update yesterday, I cannot get passed "PRESS A TO START" screen?

I understand you need assistance with your game Call of Duty. Please follow the steps below to try to fix the issue;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Once done, try your game again and if it still doesn't work, try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data that restricts you from using your console normally without deleting your games or apps.​​​​​​​

Note: Make sure that you know your account logins before doing this step. Also, this will remove all your Home Xbox associations.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll select Reset and keep my games & apps.

I'm getting this same error - trying to add points and tried to purchase Season Pass for Forza4. It let me purchase the points after 15 mins of trying, finally went to purchase the Season Pass, froze on "pending" in the download screen for 5 mins, and kicked
me to the dashboard. When trying to get into my account, first thing that pops up is this error.

I just finished talking to a rep on this one, it appears they are doing a major update to Live Marketplace today/yesterday, and it's generating this issue. No current resolution other than to wait it out.

I had the same problem, but I manage to get Scarlet by downloading the compatibility pack after I purchased the seasons pass. So here is what you have to do.

1. Download/Purchase the Seasons Pass

2. Download the Compatibility Pack

3. Start Mk 9

4. Go to Ladder

5. Beside Cyber Sub Zero there is an arrow, move to the left and she will appear.

I believe the seasons pass is actually the compatibility pack and the compatibility pack is Scarlet. However, the compatibility pack might be needed to use/see Scarlet in the player select screen.

I purchased the season pass when it was $34.99. After the mandatory update yesterday, it now no longer shows I have a season pass nor can I download the Ascendance DLC without having to pay for it. I have the OHM Werewolf weapon....this makes no sense.
Please fix this.

Season passes are not installed onto the console anymore.

If you purchase the season pass for a game, what you need to do is:

1. Select the game with the season pass.

2. Press the menu button and select "Manage Game."

3. Look at the "Ready to Install" and the content that comes with the season pass will be listed there.
