After doing an update on my xbox one my xbox 360 assassins creed disc wont load. I've changed the power settings to energy saving and done a power cycle but the disc still wont read. Tried assassins creed 2 (also a 360 disc) and the same thing occurs.
I've loaded a blu ray disc just to check the drive hasn't suddenly packed up while doing the update and that worked fine

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is that the only 360 disk that doesn't work? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the blu ray app? Are you in the insider program? Any additional information will help us to assist you better.

Hi Brad, it's 2 xbox 360 games (assassins creed, assassins creed 2 and the original battlefront games) but blu ray discs read fine. Out of interest I've tried a standard dvd and that doesnt read either

Yes the disc is spotless clean i dont know why it wont work other backwards compatible games from the original xbox and 360 work on it just not assassins creed. (Also the disc still works for my 360.)

I had the same problem other day got a new Xbox uploaded save games for Halo 4 and Assassins Creed 3 to the cloud I had problems with both the saves for both games. I had to copy the saves from the cloud to the HDD then delete the Assassin's creed 3 update
from the HDD not the save but the update. Disconnect from Xbox live load up Assassins creed the save should be there but wont let you play it due to no update reconnect to Xbox live and it will tell you to update AC3 do this the game will restart and your
save should be there and working.

Still haven't figured out how to get my Halo 4 saves to stop syncing and erasing my campaign data though.
