After disconnect or turn off Xbox One Controller in Windows 10 mouse click not work and ...

Hi my friends.

I bought a Xbox One Wireless controller 2 days agora (I had a
control xbox 360 usb).

I connect the Wireless receiver and sync the controller. Works great.

Then, after play for a few times I turn off the controller and... my mouse stop working (all buttons) and while I'm moving it, the Windows 10 play a beeping, like that: tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu tu.

I'm angry... seriously.

1) I format my entire computer, reinstall the Windows, all apps and game... AND.. STILL FREEZING MY MOUSE AFTER DISCONNECT.

2) I try to update the controller using the Xbox Accessories. Have 1 update, but STILL FREEZING AFTER TURN OFF.

since the KB3140743 update my controller causes Windows 10 to freeze and every time I try to move the mouse there is a god awful beeping. Once connected it runs fine. However, it always occurs when the controller is turned off or turns itself off. That's

I just began to have the same issue in the last few days as well. I must restart my computer and shut the controller off while windows is restarting or my mouse completely freezes and I can only use the keyboard until I physically push the button in for
a restart.

 

Yes... I have the same.

Mouse freeze, keyboard still working, but if I disconnect the mouse, keyboard and controller from USB and try to connect again, not works.

 

The same is happening for me and a lot of others. It's an issue that came with the latest windows 10 update. Basically when your xbox one controller disconnects it causes your mouse to become unresponsive. Also windows stops recognizing new usb devices altogether
and will not shut down normally. Only with a hard reboot. The only fix i know of at this point is uninstalling the most recent update which is KB3140743. This can be done safely through windows fairly easily. Probably the only fix until they release a new
update.

Bestlano, I found a partially solution.

The problem is in the Windows 10 cumulative update KB3140743.

If you remove this update, control returns to work normally.

When will be released? Already have forecast? The Microsoft is aware of this?

 

Hi P4D. I did call this out when you first reported this to the Xbox App developers but I have not seen any update. One thing would be of help is if you could report this this issue by using Xbox App (Beta). You can DL the Beta app located here
www.microsoft.com/.../9NBLGGH1J27H. Then click on the happy face in the left NAV bar and use the "Report a Problem". This will generate a report with helpful data and send it
to the developers for investigation. If the developers have further questions I will contact you.

Same exact problem here. Just got done with a clean install and problem persists. Uninstalled cumulative update and still lags and beeps when the controller is turned off. Microsoft needs to fix this quickly. A lot of PC gamers are furious right now.
