    hi together

    i became on 12/24/15 a 24h communication suspension. I wait till 4h that my party works.

    i have the following issues:

    my headset is working - speakersymbol in party and gamechats blinks

    can write massaging after the 24h

    my friends in the party and gamechat can't hear me

    now i make many times a hard reboot, network reboot and a new installion from the xbox and have the same issue.

    Suspension

    I have been suspended in voice communication. Im not saying i don't deserve it. What i am saying is the enforcement for voice communcation states suspension is 1,7 or 14 days. My suspension is still going at 25days! What is going on?

    Black ops account hacked and made my prestige reset?

    Also be sure to report them under "system tampering" and block all Communcation and send no messages back to them after that. Sorry you had to go through this.

    Usually communcation suspensions range from one day to one week.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    Enforcement has no direct communcation path with the player base. It's intentional. It's the same reason complaints are only accepted via the Console.



    If, after posting in the Account Suspension forum, you do not feel your question is answered to your satisfaction, and you still think you've done nothing wrong, contact your Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against Microsoft.
