After buying games on xbox live, 1st game started downloading then live froze!

Hi, like I say I bought 4 games through xbox live, the first get 65% through. I use the search games function in xbox live click back and everything freezes. I can still see everything under the games choice and the search games is highlighted. When I bought
the games it said not to to turn off the console during download will this mess up the purchases? The other 4 were still pending.

The battery was fully charged and swapped for another just in case. The xox isn't too hot or making mad noises. Everything seemed normal, game had been downloading for around 15 minutes.

I just restarted and everything was fine. At first the purchase history was empty then they were in download history and the downloads started from where they left off.

The purchases themselves, as long as they show as purchased when checking your
order history on your Xbox One, should not be affected if you restart or reset the console.

Each purchase is attached to the account and not the console.

Everything you purchase is tied to your account. So if you were to restart (or even if you were to use a different console in the future) the games will be listed as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps.

We understand that your Xbox One console is experiencing slow performance while attempting to install multiple games that you have recently purchased.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.
