After Borderlands 3 my console is bricked.

So Sam's Club did exchange the xbox since it was WITHIN 30 days of purchase. I'm setting it up now. I'll let you know if anything weird happens or not from playing this game.

But since is your console is in the first year of warranty you really get serviced by Microsoft. First ensure that you have your console is registered in your device in your Microsoft Account, then you can follow the instructions

If the retailer where you bought offered a 2 Year (or more) warranty, if you need to send your console to repair after 1 year of usage, to get serviced by warranty, this time you will need to use retailers warranty.

I bought a new xbox one x just a few weeks ago. I had no issues with it. After playing Borderlands 3 it was experiencing crashes and errors. I had to do a factory reset once and was able to play again, but this lasted only a few short hours. at
first the console wouldn't boot at all, but now it will only boot into the troubleshooter. I tried to do another reset, but it just boots back to the troubleshooter. I then attempted the OSU via USB, but it only says there is an error and gives me another
error code. This code when checked, of course, tells me to perform an OSU. So I'm stuck in a loop with a brand new bricked Xbox one X. Any help, thoughts, insight on this issue would be much appreciated.

As already said, it seems that the console isn't working properly. I suggest you to request a service repair from this page:

Hi. May I ask what you meant by bricked? It seems to be an issue with your console. I would say send it in for repair by going to xbox.com and under support, fill in the repair form to submit. If your console is out of warranty, there will be a fee to
pay.

Warranty job or send it back for a straight swap from where you got it
