    Ban after Ban?

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and they are the only ones who handle suspensions. Investigations take time so they're not usually issued the same day the action took place. The suspensions could be for something that took places weeks or even
    months before. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact them.

    So I called Microsoft 1(800)469-9269 and talked to a representative that said she was going to help me by connecting me to the Xbox love people but hung up on me instead. I called back just to wait another 15-30mins to get an answer from another representative
    and explained my issue to him but he could only tell me to come here and contact the enforcement team by going to enforcement.xbox.com. Right now I’m highly upset that absolutely no one from microsoft is helping me especially the enforcement team. My number
    one problem is bans from them. How do I get a Communication Ban on September 28th where I CAN’T talk to anybody, but 2 days later I get an harassment ban?! How do I get a harassment ban if I can’t talk or hear anyone? In order to harass you have to message
    or voice message someone on Xbox. If you’re Communication Ban you CAN’T message anyone. I got the Communication Ban September 28th a time 3:34pm. I can’t talk or play online w/ others until october 12th. Yesterday which was September 30th I get another enforcement
    notice about harassment at 6:38pm. For one I’ve been communication ban since September 28th where I can’t talk to anyone and two I wasn’t even on Xbox at 6:38pm because yesterday I was out celebrating my grandma’s birthday at red lobster. I’m simply asking
    for the Harassment Ban to be uplifted and gone off of my enforcement history and to have better customer service! Can someone help me with this problem please?

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account.

  5. I already contact support and they told me that i have a suspension chat until 25 october but in the enforcement page it do es todo says anything and the other thing is that i cant talk in any other accounts and i dont have a console ban and now i can not
    review a case with enforcement

  6. In that case, it's likely a temporary console suspension which will affect communications until the 25th of October. Generally in this case, you'll see an email with more information since those are not Case Reviewable.

    I'd always agree with the Microsoft methods of things either. If phone support couldn't help you maybe try a ticket to the enforcement team directly.

    There could have been an issue where the sus was lifted but not all of the restrictions of it as in your ability to talk were lifted. Possible glitch? No harm in messaging the enforcement team. =)
