After August Update consistent lag every 10 seconds or so?

So I just bought Black Ops 3 (new) the other day and noticed it gets a lot of framerate lag and just runs choppy all around on the campaign (haven't tried multiplayer yet). I even had the game crash on me yesterday. I'm on a basically brand new Xbox One
S but it feels like I'm on Xbox 360 playing a port from next gen with how choppy it is. I thought something may be wrong with the Xbox but after reading this I get the feeling it's a problem with an update on Xbox or Call of duty's side. I may try reinstalling
the game and playing offline without the update to see if there's a difference. Part of me thinks it's on Call of Duty's side because the other game I have (Grand Theft Auto 5) runs perfectly fine.

 

Same issue playing fallout 4 last night. Brand new console about 20 days old, so I'm assuming it's the update.

 

Yes i have brand new xbox one S and i have this lag issue on naruto storm 4 after 19th of aug

 

Same issues too. Has become very frustrating and unplayable for me and 7 other friends that were playing tonight.

 

same here had the update happened and the new xbox s started acting slow and now it dose a shut down after about 10 min. start it back up and works fine for the day. the next day turn it on and after 10 min just shut down restart it and is fine for the day.
try different setup still the same, wire/less reset network completely reset, xbox s 500 gig with 2t hd. had to delete and reinstall recore after it downloaded

 

I have also been getting a lot of lag in all my games from the update that came out 15th September, but was forced to update 2 days ago

I use wired connection internet is fine, did a hard reset didn't work, was told to factory reset again didn't work so clearly this update is the problem

 

I'm having the same issue and so are a few friends, I cycled the power on both the Xbox and router and it hasn't solved the issue, and it's not just online games either, I get the same choppy game play when I tested the console set to offline,

I really hope Xbox take this issue seriously as my console is pretty much unplayable.

 

I'm having this issue on my original Xbox One (had it for about a year) ever since the forced update on Monday. It is especially bad when trying to type multiple messages in Warframe chat, and I can hear my console chugging away whenever I'm doing anything.

The Store lags, my games lag, the Game DVR App lags, my Settings lag... Everything lags.

If this is to do with that update, they need to fix this fast. I keep thinking my Xbox One is about to give up and die with a new form of RRoD.

 

I must have the same problem. I have frame rate issues where the motions are choppy while the audio is fine.

 

I have the same problem, online and single player games. Lagging and stuttering across all games. Overwatch matches freeze for a split second several times and the menus lag. Metal gear solid v each checkpiont and server update is a laggy nightmare. Warriors
orochi 3 ultimate becomes unplayable when the issue hits.

I have noticed the problem hits after an hour or so from using the xbox. I have done the hard reset/power cicle, unplugged everything (wired connection), factory reset. The problem still persist.

Please fix this.
