After April Update how do I fast forward onedrive videos?

After April update, xbox now uses photos app to play onedrive videos? How do I fast forward a video, please? When I press A the video stops?

Fast Forward/Rewind

When i try to fast forward/rewind on a recording, the picture pauses and the bar that shows how far I have fast forward/rewind does not appear, so I do not know where I am at until after I press play. Anyone else having this issue? Any known fixes?

 

Video's re-starting after 59 minutes

I am having the exact same issue. It seems to have popped up only recently, the latest Xbox One update sounds about right.

I'd love to see this issue get resolved, whether the app needs an update or if its something I need to do. I stream multiple movies a day from the OneDrive for my son to watch, and its very frustrating to have to fast forward an hour into the movie when
they restart every single time.

 

Hey there!

When you load up a OneDrive video, press A to start the video. Then, use your left thumbstick and navigate up to the progress bar. Once you're there, press A again and you should have the option to slide the box to the right to fast forward.
