after april update bluray still stutters

after the april update of the system and the bluray app i thought the problems concerning the european bluray playback problems would be a thing of the past, but after trying any of my blurays i must say that nothing has changed. bluray movies are still
not watchable. is this only happening only with me or has the rest of the european community still the same issue? if i watch the blurays on other consoles like ps4 or ps3, the movies are smooth and without a hitch. i would love to use my xbox as intended
as a all in one solution but its just not possible...

any thoughts on that from the community? i would love to hear if somebody out there has the same problem or if i am alone in this. maybe i have to bring it back and get it replaced?

still reports of stuttering after the latest update....cant try mine as I am at work.

I installed the blu-ray update yesterday evening and got the stuttering. Later I noticed there was a system update too and installed that. The stuttering seemed to go away, but I noticed that it stutters a bit after the on-screen menu disapears, then after a bit of fast forwarding, it seemed to be stuttering again but not as badly as before.

Try changing the bluray playback by

Navigating to Settings > Disc & Bluray

Change the playback to 50Hz

Hopefully this should improve your playback.

 

My mistake the option is under Settings > Display & Sound.

Tick Enable 50Hz

 

Yes, that that was ticked...i activated that after the tv patch in march, i believe it was...

Please try uninstalling the Blu-ray app then perform a hard restart of your Xbox One by holding the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up
screen. Then download and re-install the Blu-ray. See if this improves the quality.
