  1. After adding a payment method, unable to sign into Xbox


    Trying to set up my son's new Xbox One. Followed all the steps, including adding a payment method on billing.Microsoft.com. Instructions said that it would ask me to sign in again after adding the card. Did that successfully. But it continually sends me
    back to the sign in screen after the Privacy Agreement screen and the notice about third-party apps. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to wait for my card to be charged before I can move forward? If so, how long will that take?

    XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

    Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

    Hey there Zenkei! I understand you are having trouble purchasing on your account. Can you try removing and adding the payment method again, or try a different payment method entirely? Are you unable to purchase anything, or just LIVE Gold subscriptions?

    Ive tried both and it both says I don’t have a payment method. On website it just has a loading sign so it won’t work at all when i try adding payment. And my xbox controller has drift so unable to do it on my xbox

    Hey,

    First off, that 1$ was never taken from your creditcard. It's a purchase test to see if your creditcard is good to go. The money never leaves your bank, it just gets into a 'locked stage' for a maximum of 72 hrs (Up to the bank).

    I'd say try to add the creditcard through the console instead, it is required that you have your full billing address entered etc. Good luck!
