After activation new Xbox Live Gold Code no Service for the cash!

Hi Guys, my Trouble is, that I activate a new code to extend my Membership in xbox live gold. When i write in the code everything was ok, but after the Confirm of the Code, there was a popup for maybe 3 seconds, which says, that there could be some Problems,
cause i am on a server which isn't in my Country. At all: There' s no Extension of my Membership found and my Money is gone! Can someone tell me how to handle this?

When you wrote "cause i am on a server which isn't in my Country" did you change your region? If you change your region then the code would not have went through. However, you can check your order history to see if
the code was redeemed. Just log into your Xbox live account via the internet and check your purchase history. Ihttps://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/check-xbox-live-bill If it
wasn't you need to reach out to the retailer you brought the Xbox Live gold card from.

Also, you check your purchase history from your Xbox:

View your Xbox purchase history on your Xbox One console

To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Go to Settings > Xbox Assist > Help.
Select Purchases & downloads > Purchases > How to get purchase history.
Select Order history to view your purchases.

I found the same green card in my new Xbox One in the Forza 6 bundle, which is indeed titled "Activate your 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial" and I redeemed the code from the Xbox One directly: after that I confirmed the 25-digit code, I got the confirmation
that some weird-coded promotion was activated, but not the Xbox Live Gold, I was expecting.

What is that code for then? The weird-coded promotion was called something like "promo live Sweden for Xbox 360" plus some other acronyms, which I don't remember.
