AFTER A FREEZE CONSOLE DOESN'T START

I last week I was gaming FIFA 2017 and my xbox one freeze for a while. When I pressed xbox button on controller I was able to chose "turn-off console" or "turn off controller", but not to restart game. I tried to click "View button" then controller started
blinking, but no more action was possible: pressing anything it didn't change. Xbox definitly hanged. I needed to press power button for 10 secs, then I've never be able to restart it. I disconnected power, hdmi and network cables, for more then 2 minutes,
restarted modem, but when I reconnected all, as I pressed power button, it seemed to start (light and sound as usual) but no signal to TV. I changed HDMI cable and TV too, but nothings changed. I tried to press console power button + eject button to change
resolution, not "works". Every time xbox button on controller lighting. Can anyone help me ?

Freezes after sending a few messages

The console only freezes when I start sending messages from the double tap. After 10 or 15 messages it'll just start slowing down then eventually freeze. It's a bug with this new dashboard.

Probably you need to contact support to ship it in for a repair.

Sounds to me like faulty hardware.

All the prior responses are great replies. However, just a quick question. Is your console plugged into a power bar? If so, first try plugging it directly to a wall socket to see if that helps. If it still does not work then you will need to set up a
repair via the methods listed.

 

What about to try power-on from usb ?

Seems like the power supply is a problem, try plugging your power supply directly into a wall outlet otherwise you would need to send it in for repairs using the contact methods listed by the other Ambassadors.

 

There is no option to power on from a USB. If the method I suggested does not work then you would need to set up a repair.
