A lot of problem with forza 3 so we did a full reinitialisation of the console but the game restarts

When we go into the garage to change vehicles.

So, not able to change vehicle (I have 93 vehicles in my garage!)

I Need Help on GTA V!!

its happening at random times.. we go down to our garage and blow up. then we just lay there until we restart the game... our games lag severely when we are driving and our friends are having objects appear in their garages and apartments when we play with them even though they had no part in any of it.. its slowing down our load time and even sometime kicks us from our games

You have to login to download that game either from Ready To Install or MS Store and i guess this is not what you want since you already reinitialized it.

I wouldn't bother reinstalling the game to sell the console as the person who buys the console from you will not be able to play the game unless they have bought it themselves on their own profile, even if it is installed.

Games do not come preinstalled on consoles. If the game was on the console when you bought it, then someone else had used the console and ledt it as their Home console so you still had access to it. You could probably still redownload it on that console
if you were to sign in, but on a different console you would need to purchase the game so you own the license to it.

Go to your Microsoft account purchase history and see if the game is activated on your account. If so then you should be able to go to the Store and redownload the game from there.
