After 9 years gold and all 3 consoles i was banned

First of all i love the Xbox Brand, but this anoyed the hell out if me.

I have been banned on the comunication because i called someone retard, and thats it.

9 years with nothing to say about me i call someone retard and im banned, ok Microsoft.

I defend you guys everyday against the trolls on Eurogamer.pt, i have a good rep, but ok im banned with no timeline for the unban.

I Will rethink my console status, and look toward the PlayStation Brand with an Open mind.

Hi, don't worry I already did all. I used the expression "the last joke after the damage" because after many years of xbox live gold with an original console, never modded, never, my console was banned and so I wanted become silver member and I discovered
that I must pay 7 euro for eliminating the payment option. Therefore, after the damage (console banned), I received the joke (payment of 7 euro). Anyhow, thanks for all. Bye.

 

Banned account

My account was banned till the year 9999, after "reports of cheating" then a little later came a forced gamertag change now all this is BS, i've been a member of xbox live for 9 years with 3 gamertags & none of the them have EVER
been banned! I'm not happy about the ban but i'm more p***** about my
paid downloaded games i spent the past 2 years building on the account which was on both Xbox 360/Xbox one consoles. I just want back what i paid for & own!!

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

For info on your suspension you can go to the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Calling someone that word is a violation of the ToU/CoC though & the rules are exactly the same on PSN.

That word is not appropriate on xbox live which means it's not appropriate to post on the forums.

 

The enforcement doesnt work well for the xbox.pt portal im always redirected to the xbox.com foruns.

 

I cant submit a case on the enforcement i have, i checked everywhere and there isnt a single Button to press review my case, ZERO, nothing what a joke and theres more.

i was banned 25/06/2017 18:22 until 26/06/2017 22:30 and Guess what its now 27/06/2017 13:09 im still banned and now the enforcement page doesnt let me review my case and doesnt say when the ban Will end, what can i do????

 

I contacted with sucess one Microsoft member and problem solved, still im really anoyed.
