    After 48 days, the Wrong Controller...


    I sent my Xbox One Day One Edition controller to Microsoft on February 26th, today I received a controller back from the mail... An ordinary standard edition Xbox One Controller, no Day One, no nothing... Called Microsoft, they said they can't help me because
    they don't make that model anymore... Offered me a measly 3 months subscription as restitution... I don't want a 3 month subscription, I want my hours in line waiting for that dammed Day One console back...

    So, be warned, if your day one controllers break, you're all out of luck...

    Preview program.

    I was accepted into the program on Sunday and am still waiting for the console to be registered. MS says it takes 48 hours it has been 4 days. Did I do something wrong?

    i my name is German, got a problem with my second control

    Are you saying that one thumbstick is not working? Is it a standard controller or an Elite controller?

    If it's standard I don't think there's much you can do after 90 days. I think only the Elite can be repaired, but I might be wrong if someone can confirm.

    on rare occasions, based on time of day or year (holiday season in particular), it may take more than 48 hours because they need to double check on stock. But I agree, if after 48 hours it hasn't changed, call accounts and billing.

    yep, takes time to propogate across all services, usual rule of thumb is 48 to 72 hours for completion, if after 72 hours it still shows wrong in select apps/games then contact support.

    I never download a game if possible. You cannot sell it, and it's what they want you to do. They get all of the profit, and don't have to worry about the resell market. Game companies make way to much as it is. At least give yourself the option to sell a
    game if you are unhappy with it, which you obviously are.
