After 24hrs...the ONLY console to NOT work on WWE is the Xbox!

Yep, congratulations #Microsoft and #team xbox good job at still *** up your brand after the last generation of leading...you're now looking like the new amateurs of gaming in 2003 again!

Could you figure out this damn app already!!! I'm paying for a service that I cannot use because we don't "play test" our software first??? Great Job guys!

@vader, No you cant play offline games on Xbox One, The system shuts down its gaming capability if you are not hooked up to the internet for 24hrs. Meaning, after 24hrs, you cant play any game on it, until you connect it to the internet again. So if PS4
can be played "old school without an internet connection" (like every other console and device ever created), then that is a positive for them.

The only one that I have heard recently was the
WWE service/app. Keep an eye on
Xbox News for an upcoming changes/additions.

 

It's now 5 days and its still it working. Pretty embarrassing when all you read on the internet is all the devices it works on. Accept Xbox360 cause it's broken, Xbox One because they didn't make one for it.

Which I only have the iPhone and watching the service on a 4in screen is way better then 60in. That was sarcasm laid on pretty thick.

I know that you are upset that the WWE app hasn't been fixed by MS yet. You need to remember that MS did not create this app, they do not own the app; just like when a game is made, it's created and owned by the developers/publishers. In this case, it's
WWE. For whatever reason WWE's app isn't working on Xbox and MS is trying to fix an issue caused by another company's service. Be patient while they work to make things right for you.

 

I won't be the one to point out the hipocracy in your post. But I do believe MS is the ultimate authority that controls quality and what is uploaded. That's what we pay Xbox live service for. Not to just play games online, but ensure quality control to what
is available in the store.

Most of us has already contacted WWE support and they ensured us that everything is fine on their end, so it must be Microsoft. Which at this point I'm staring to believe since this the only platform it does not work on.

You'd think with all the time and due dilagence that MS uses putting out updates they'd Atleast test this one to make sure it worked correctly. We are now at 6 days, going on 7 by time this read, and we have an App that is completely unfunctionable. Not
glitchy or works wonky, completely broken and unusable.

Between MS and the WWE, they are both billion dollar company's. No matter who's at fault here I think the communication could be better between the two company's. It shouldn't take 2 billion dollar company's a week to figure out a simple login issue. To
me that's a joke and they should feel ashamed.

The support page should be updated to apologize and when and update to fix it is expected cause the current message is generic and out dated by a week.

 

I agree with you that the communication could be better between the two companies. A similar issue happened some months ago regarding the Kinect Nat Geo TV app (and before that the Kinect Sesame Street TV app). As I recall, at first, in both instances, both
sides pointed the finger at the other, yet MS made sure to get the issue fixed for both apps. I have no doubt that the same result will happen here.

These apps are indeed created and published by developers, just like the games. So are the updates for them. They are supposed to meet some standard before they can be released and they must get approval before releasing updates. MS did not make them but
they do everything that they can (as far as I know) to get these issues fixed so that their customers can continue to use these products. Admittedly, I don't work for MS. The only difference between you and me, is that I signed up for a volunteer program to
try and assist other users with some of their tech support issues. So, I cannot say with 100% accuracy what MS is and is not doing at this moment; I can only go by past actions.

With that being said, I believe that you are misusing or misunderstanding the word "hypocrisy" as it means: "a pretense of having a virtuous character, moral or religious beliefs or principles, etc., that one does not really possess." or "a pretense of
having some desirable or publicly approved attitude." (or as some people would say, a "do as I say, not as I do" attitude). None of these apply to my previous post (or this one). I honestly believe what I'm saying; I'm not just saying something to make myself
look better in the eyes of others and I don't believe that my post came across that way.
