    Been trying to get my rewards for 2 years now, twitter has been no help, multiple posts to these forums haven't helped but here I am trying again....

    My account needs attention.... please support people, give it some attention, it hasn't worked once in 2 years...

    my credits from two years ago still aren’t added to my account. I need it into my account successfully please?

  3. Rewards Credits still not fixed

    Its been over 2 years and my account still hasn't been fixed. I am aware that there is an issue that support is working on but 2 years?

    Can my credits be deposited in my account? or crate a new account?

    Hello Tipex,

    Your deposit is failing since you do not have a Microsoft Billable Account for your region (NLD). Since you only have a USD based Microsoft Billable Account, it is not possible for us to deposit from your Rewards Account into your Microsoft Account, since
    we cannot deposit EUR into a USD only account. You will have to create a Microsoft Billable Account for your region before we can attempt a deposit. This is mentioned in our FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    remeber the account purchasing the plan is the master

    any credit on the sub accounts will be added at 2to 1

    meaning you need to have at least 2 months to be added as credit

    It downloaded successfully but unfortunately didn't correct the problem. The problem happened shortly after I put a one-year prepaid card over my existing membership. My account was set to auto-renew by credit card in April. Maybe adding the pre-paid card,
    even though my account had yet to expire, somehow reset my tenure? Is that a possibility?

    my son registered to xbox, and added my card, months years ago he sold xbox, unsuscribed from his account but Microsoft still withdraw the monthly credit from my card..

    also someone wrote me from microsoft from az emil that can not be replied to.. what a help is it??
