daily challenges failure

the jig saw jammer on the daily challenges don't open... its the 5th time now that we cant complete the daily challenges and as others experience too the downloads don't work...... soo pi....d off

Jig saw daily challenges don't work since the 19th. It stops everytime as soon as the (horrible) advertisement starts.

Why does microsoft not do anything to change this. Bad service!

Sorry this occurred for you QuietCargo, unfortunately there have been some ongoing issues with micro puzzles for some time. Many folks are having issues with it. I have heard no answer yet that Microsoft is looking into it, nor if even the Xbox folks are
responsible for them. My best suggestion is to go to the support website at support.microsoft.com and report your issues there. Hopefully with enough feedback they can look into the underlying issues to fix the game.

After 5 1/2 months of playing (and completing) Sudoku Daily Challenge with ads covering the boards they're finally gone. Its almost too easy now.

Sorry to say that once the month is over, the Daily Challenges from that month are archived and are no longer available and the new month's Daily Challenges are then loaded in.

Have you tried clearing your cache, I know this may seem insignificant but it can sometimes help clear up issues such as the one your describing. Hope this helps

I'm afraid you can't do it. The daily challenges are refreshed every month and only the current month is available. There are stats for each month keeping track on how you performed and also achievements tied to the
daily challenges, but the challenges themself are not kept at the end of each month.
