    Hello! I bought my windows phone (lumia 720) 2 years ago. And I can't use xbox services on it. ERROR IS "Affected services: Download already purchased content."
    What I need to do to solve the problem?

    We do apologize for the inconvenience, at the moment there is an Active Service Alert Status. The affected services are downloading items that you have already purchased, finding previously purchased content or purchasing new content. There is a team already
    working on this and we do hope to have this working in no time but there is currently no estimated time for this to be resolved.

    When will the download problems be fixed?

    According to the service alert it doesnt affect purchasing just content you already purchased

    why not try troubleshooting
