    Another time when i can't receive free tickets and coins. BUT IF I WANT TO BUY COINS IT POSSIBLE !!!!

    I also just purchased the 9.99 coin pack on 8/7/15 and did not receive them. But when I tried to buy the 1.99 coin pack it worked just fine. Help please

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Sorry for the issue with buying in game currency for Minecraft. Have you tried on the Microsoft website, or Minecraft site, to purchase them? Also may want to log in on the
    account website and make sure there are no issues with the account. Lastly try rebooting the devices you are trying to purchase on. You can also visit the
    Minecraft forums as the currency is handled by Mojang.

    Hey, Woeful!

    I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! That error generally means there was a problem with a part of the game itself. Go ahead and uninstall the game by right-clicking on it in your Start menu, then install it again from the Store. Let me know if your purchases
    still aren't working after that. :)
