Advice?

Look I am a very mature 13 year old, and I can handle all the stuff in fallout 3 all the sexual content the drugs ect... But I am not sure how to approach my parents when i ask? I know my dad will say sure, however my mom might not think it is apropriate.
Now before you go saying that a 13 year old shouldn't be playing fallout, age doesn't matter maturity does and I am quite mature. I want to experience this amazing RPG but i don't know how to ask my parents for an M game, I recently gotten some free games
that are rated M like just cause 2 or theif. But I didn't need to directly ask my mom. I just play them with my dad, so my question is how to i approach asking her for fallout 3 or should i just have my dad buy it for me and we won't tell my mom? Any suggestions

Am up to the 1st Ciaus boss in Oerba. And have unlocked the the Sunlieth Waterscape. Have the Final Fantasy XIII-2 Official Guide hint book (approx 303 pages). Yup I LOVE the Final Fantasy XIII series! Probably need to level up my characters a heck of a
lot to defeat the 1st Ciaus boss. The guide adviced using sabatuers since Ciaus uses spells to heal himself including faith and bravery on himself to tear down my party.

Well honestly, there isn't really too much visual sexual content or drug use in the game. In the remote chance you engage in sexual activity, the screen blacks out. No sounds or anything, so it's pretty PG. And there's no visual drug use as well. Sure, you
can use drugs, but you don't actually see it being used. The only real "bad" thing is the graphic violence, gore, and language. That's pretty much it.

Just be up front with your mother. Tell her what's in the game, maybe show her a review or two of the game, maybe even a Youtube video of the trailer. That's what worked for me back in the day. If you can play games like Just Cause, there shouldn't be a
problem playing this one.

talk about the positives of the game like you don't have to approach all people with guns and weapons. say that you are aware of the things in the game, just be forward with her she will probably understand

 

Alright thanks man, but I want the GOTY edition of fallout and the ultimate edition of new vegas, so any idea where I could find those in good condition on xbox 360?

 

Well if your parents were responsible adults, they wouldn't let you near an M game, but that's obviously not the case so just go ask. *sigh* I seriously do not understand how or why the ESRB is still a thing...
