    Advice about possible fraud


    Hello,

    My name is Robert and My Gamertag is . Yesterday I received a permanent account ban for use of Mobile phone numbers to purchase fifa points. All the purchases I made were through numbers that I have personal access to and the purchases went through
    successfully. However, Sometime prior to my ban, I received an email stating I had been successfully refunded £1.99 for 250 fifa points, although I made no such request for this to take place. Is this the reason my account has been banned? I appealed my case
    through the case review feature, but as I was unaware of the reason for my ban, I provided an assumption of what I thought had went wrong, as I tried to make several purchases with my debit card that failed to process via the microsoft store, as well as the
    xbox app.

    Now I am unable to provide proof in my case that I made the purchases as the case is showing on my account as closed. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Drummers - Embarrassed in a music shop?

    I think most of us have felt like frauds in proper music shops. I certainly know I have.

    However, the best way to look at is to think that, in these credit crunch times, most stores would openly welcome business from new customers (even if it is just a couple of sets of drum sticks). As such, being honest with the staff about what you require and (if they ask) why is the best bet as they will then able to provide you with the best advice possible.

    Failing that, research it throughly on the net and buy from online retailers.

    Thank you for the information, I am just looking for as much advice as possible to try and get this solved. It doesnt seem to be accepting any of the numbers i am trying, landline or mobile. Is there a number for support in the UK that could help?

    Support no longer uses a direct number. If the call back request is not working, you should also be able to chat with them (you may have to change your topics until that shows as an option). However, support does not handle enforcement issues so they won't
    really be able to give you any information regarding your ban. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle them and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.
