Adverts on Microsoft Jigsaw

I have no objection to most of the adverts, am aware that this is a free game and Microsoft have to make a profit somehow. I will not spend money I do not have to disable them, but, please, isn't it time that the adverts stop disabling the challenges, especially
the timed ones. The ad changes and the puzzle freezes. To make matters worse, while the clock on the screen also freezes when the game unfreezes the clock has clearly kept running and, as the game sometimes freezes for minutes together I have run out of time
to complete the challenge. This is peculiar to Jigsaw, my other games don't do it.

The strepsils ad is the worst as the game stays frozen most of the time the ad is up.

Please help.

The categories I have selected are the least wrong as opposed to being the right ones.

Daily challanges

In Microsoft jigsaw and minesweeper daily challenges. when trying to play a daily challenge adverts won't load and play and game goes back to main screen. This seems to happen mainly when the advert is 'seekers note's '. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
and tried reset. Has anyone else had this issue?

 

Microsoft Jigsaw locks up due to EE LG G5 advert

Everytime the EE advert pops into the ad window Microsoft jigsaw becomes almost completely unresponsive until the next ad comes in. I know ads are trying to get your attention but this is a bit ridiculous! I have an intel i5 with 16Gb memory so really shouldn't
be taxed by running a program like jigsaw...
