    Advertising interferes with mouse operation


    Whenever there is any motion/animation in the advertising box on lower right corner of screen, the left mouse button freezes up. If the button is depressed, it won't release. If it is not pressed, pressing it does nothing. Once the activity in advertising
    box stops, the left mouse button behaves correctly.

    I know that upgrading Microsoft Jigsaw to the premium (or whatever it's called) version will eliminate the problem by eliminating advertising. However, that does not negate the fact that there is a bug. As of now, I don't plan to upgrade so the correct
    option is to fix the bug.

    Animated Ad interferes with mouse operation

    I have been having problems with the mouse since an update to the Microsoft Jigsaw app was posted several months ago. The problem is this: When I grab a piece(s) to move, the mouse does not always release the piece(s) when I release the mouse button.
    As a result the piece could end up anywhere on the board. It is very frustrating to have to locate the piece and move it again.

    In just the last few days that I have observed a direct correlation of this problem with animation in advertising in the lower right corner of the screen. As long as the ad window is stable (no motion), the mouse works fine. However, any animation in the
    ad window and mouse operation is unpredictable.

    This is not preventing me from playing the game. I play every day and complete an average of one puzzle (most difficult) per day. Since Windows graciously arrived free of charge, I have completed hundreds of puzzles.

    I bought the new Age of Empires - to move with the mouse over the task-bar is comming permanent a Computer voice to repeat all the points
    oft he task-bar. This is paintful – the game is not abel to play normal with the mouse.

    All activities under system control / operations I have canceled the check mark – but the computer voice is permanent with the mouse activity
    on.

    Probably your Bluetooth card doesn't support the wireless controller connected via Bluetooth + your mice

    The best option for you would be use the controller via USB cable if you need to use your mice

    I appreciate the detailed information. The last resort will be, unplugging other accessories if there is one (keyboard, mouse) and if there is none, kindly move the console where there is no wireless interference.

    It's worth remembering that keyboard and mouse adaptors don't actually give native support but trick the console isn't thinking they are a controller.

    Therefore while you may be using a keyboard and mouse they will operate with the same 'limitations' of a controller.
