Advertisements still showing up

I have Win 10 and when you run the games portion it says to stop advertisements you can pay a fee. I have paid the fee and am still getting the advertisements coming up. How do I stop them????

Your advertisement still freezes up when I try to play a puzzle.

I still have yet to receive my codes for the collection. I own the physical disc since August and just got the digital copy yesterday? I beat the game in August so where is my codes? Ugh

im having the same problem and no one will answer anyone about it, the advertisement is still up on xbox.com aswell

when you close the game it does not fully shut the game down, try a full computer restart (not standby or shut the lid) to see if this works for you.

Sounds like malware to me. But as has been suggested I don't think this is the best place to get the help you need.

TBH i don't know where to recommend either but I hope u get it sorted.

I saw this, I didn't even know it was legal to still show smoking in any form of advertisement.
