Discus and support Advert Problems on Microsoft Solitaire Collection in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been playing Solitaire Collection for ages, but a problem crept up on 5 March and it would not load.     Advert Problems on Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    I've been playing Solitaire Collection for ages, but a problem crept up on 5 March and it would not load. Trying to update from Store i got error 0x800706D9. After following advise I un-installed it, fixed problems in Services ( firewall and updates) and
    the only did it re-install, but with advertisements.

    Why did it work before without adverts and why must i buy it now to get rid of the adverts?

    Install Premium edition on each PC used?

    I paid for the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium Edition over 1 year ago and regularly played with it on 2 PC's without adverts. I've just paid for another 12 months but only one PC will play without adverts, the other uses the free edition of the collection.
    Isn't the payment for the premium edition tied to my account so that I don't have to see adverts on any computer when I log in? Have Microsoft changed the rules?

    How do I remove the advert for solitaire on a mobile which I don't have

    The advert to install Solitaire Collection on a mobile or Ipad blocks me playing. I don't have a mobile phone which can play games. How can I delete the advert?

    The ad content is moderated through a robust set of algorithms that take into account a wide range of parameters. We can take a look at what you mentioned above and see if something else might be going on.

    • Would you kindly provide a screenshot of the ad in question?
    • Please make sure to remove all personal information from the screenshot (Gamertag, Email, etc)
    You can reply directly to this thread with it, and I will investigate it further.

    If you're looking to remove the ads completely, the only way to do that is to upgrade to the Premium edition. This will take out all ad content and leave you with a clean interface.

    Freecell has stopped recording wins but not losses

    Similar Problem on my Windows 8.1 Machine. For a few days Microsoft Solitaire Collection only stops recording stats for FreeCell and Pyramid on the Xbox Network.

    Reinstallation as described in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ has changed nothing.

    Treasure Hunt crashed on the first two attempts at a Bonus Level, possibly intermittent

    I got two more bonus levels: On the first one, the advert came up as "Cannot Load" with a Play button. Hitting the Play button played the prior advert, and I was able to complete the level. The second level went off without a hitch.

    The advert (MS Solitaire Collection) was the same for all three levels.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

    I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.
