Discus and support advert not closing in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Is it a new deliberate ploy to try tomake us upgrade?     advert not closing


    Is it a new deliberate ploy to try tomake us upgrade?

    Ad with Sudoku will not close when it has finished running (closes ok with Mahjong) so haven't been able to play sudoku for more than a week now

    You should go into the settings, search for the popup block enable it and then when you activate the game this will not always appear.

    Hi,

    You can use an app such as "adblock plus" with edge and almost all ads will be blocked.

    To download go to Microsoft store , its free.

    To block ads in Windows' built-in browser you simply need to access its settings and select that option. Open Edge, tap on the three dots at the top right of the window, then choose Settings. Scroll down and select Advanced
    Settings, then slide off the toggle next to Block Pop-ups.

    Hi, I have the same issue with both Microsoft Sudoku and Microsoft Jigsaw - Era Slots advert plays, but does not close when finished.

    I do not wish to go premium, I just want the games to work properly!
