    Advanced warranty problem no postal ticket


    I have been trying for the past few days to explain to numerous people at your end that I have no postal slip to use to send my Xbox one back to yourselves.

    I have used the advanced warranty option , where you send me a console and then I send mine back. How can I send it back when there is no postal receipt to send it !!!!!!

    3 people have said they will send me via email a copy of my postal slip so I can SEND IT BACK TO YOU !!! I have heard nothing.

    There is a charge against my bank account which I am now worried you will invoke as you probably think I am not sending my Xbox back. This is no fault of mine I now want this problem elevating to senior management as I have had no help off anybody.

    If that money is taken out of my account I shall be seeking legal damages , you have no right to access peoples bank accounts on false pretences. I have tried for the past 4 days to get someone to just send me a postal slip, is it that hard!!!!

    Before I am asked NO there is not one in the box and half the ticket was missing on the front which I have included with the box.

    I need someone to contact me immediately

    Cannot find tv providers

    I have the same problem. I live in Argentina and I have friends who got it working. I tried their postal codes, but no dice. Why can't we simply select our provider instead of entering our postal code?

    your category/topic until you do. Billing options almost always give those options.

    Hi,

    A controller has 90 days of warranty starting the date of purchase on your ticket/bill ( PS : Elite controller its 1 year ).

    Repair center needs the bill or ticket to double check the date, if no bill or ticket, it will be impossible to get a remplacement under warranty.

    well after 9 days and a few phone calls Microsoft called me tonight and have started a new Advanced Replacement order for me, this time they say it will take no more than 5 working days for my new xbox to arrive here is hoping thats the case.

    Misses Quinzel thanks for looking into this for me, not sure if what you did helped but thanks.
