Advanced warfare trippy download

Hi, I preloaded advanced warfare yesterday it was around 6% i puased it for a minute or two resumed and the install went from 6% to 1% u do not know how that hurt my heart. To day managed to reach to 12% once again the darn ting fell to 7% thata like 2gb
of lost data can someone kindly tell me whats going on i tink i found am article that the digital pro edition which i purchased is currently unavailable is there any issues with the dlc huh official support please kinda help need some answers thanks in advance

It could be a bottleneck from your internet provider. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then, while it's off, unplug your modem/router for 5 seconds. Once the modem/router is up and running again turn
your console back on to see if you get a better speed on your download.

 

I've got exactly the same problem, except mines 25%.

the support advice of hard reboot - wiped it from my memory and back to scratch, 4 days downloaded wasted.

Its not are ISP or bottlenecking issues, Its Live. Alot of people are having this issue. The best thing to do is wait. You can almost double the bandwith to download the game.

 

I'm unsure how you think the issue is live.

The part download when paused, for whatever reason, should continue from the % already downloaded prior to the pause.

The idea of downloading it is that I don't have to go out at midnight or wait for the postman to deliver it.

It's been downloading for 6 days now, if I wait any longer it won't be ready for the 4/11.

 

This is the same problem of the master chief collection, at this point I'm starting to think that the problem is the last console update............. they should fix and also quickly!!!

Mine is just stuck on 25%. And when it goes on like 30% or above and then i pause it, it just goes back to 25%.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here is a list of steps for you guys to try. If this does not work, please post back so we can investigate the issue further.

• First, from the Dashboard, navigate to My games & apps and then select Queue.
  
• Select Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and press the Menu button.
• Select cancel to cancel the download.
• Next, to ensure that your are not experiencing any connection issues, let's test your network connection.
  
• From the Dashboard, press the Menu on your Xbox One controller and then select Settings.
  
• Select Test Network Connection under the Troubleshooting Icon.
• If you receive a connection error, follow the steps in our Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution page for further troubleshooting.
  
• If you do not receive an error, navigate to Settings again and select Disc & Blu-ray.
  
• Under Blu-ray, scroll down to Persistent storage and then select Clear persistent storage.
  
• Once you have cleared the persistent storage, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and navigate to the My games & apps tile.
• Scroll to the right and select Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare under the Ready to install section.
  
• Keep an eye on the installation to see if you are continuing to see a drop in the installation percentage.

I've reset the connection and powered booted the xboxone.

I cleared the installation and have started again from scratch.

overnight it's achieved 21%. Like I've posted previously it gets past that but for some reason if the connection is lost / installation paused all progress from 25% onwards is lost.

This is the last attempt from me.

If it fails it's a refund and I'll have to queue for the disc next week. Makes a mockery of the download capability.

 

This may be on or off topic, I'm not sure, but I pre-ordered and successfully downloaded Sunset Overdrive and the Day One items. In the last week or so what I assume is a day one patch started to download, and now it's stuck at 100%. I'm skeptical about
whether nor not it'll be ready to play Monday night because my connection's not the fastest and if I deleted and download it again, it won't be ready in time. Will it be magically complete on Monday night or do I have to deleted it and install again?

 

Same here, yesterday it went from 20% to 18%, i tried all those steps, clear bluray cache, power cycle blah blah blah. and today went from 11% to 7%

Hey guys, be sure you have a stable internet connection while you are installing. Try letting it install without the console powering off. Having an uninterrupted install process is important. Post back and let us know how it goes guys!
