Advanced Warfare service is not available at this time

I've been getting the same error message for over 12 hours. Advanced Warfare service is not available at this time. This can't be the issue. Does anyone know what the solution is?

i received a message when trying to go on Xbox live saying the advanced warfare service is not available at this time please try again later error code 8192

 

Can't play online on Advanced Warfare

Is anyone having the problem on there Xbox one where they can sign into Xbox live but when they try to play advanced warfare online it says " advanced warfare services are not available at this time"? I keep getting this and I want to play online. Can someone
please help me?

 

What is the error message, if I may ask? If it's your title, it may be a problem with their servers.

Also, their website and xbox service status both say everything is running and ok.

All of my Xbox services are running. It shows that I'm signed in. But everytime I try to go online, it gives me that error that says that the advanced Warfare servers are unavailable. I don't know what to do. Could it be that I only joined Xbox Live last
night? Could it be that it's because this is a new account?

I don't believe it has to do with when you joined Xbox Live or the age of the account.

What troubleshooting steps (if any) have you tried? Also is this the only game that you've tried to play online?

And is this on the Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

Hi, thanks for taking the time to help me. I'm using Xbox One I've rebooted the system several times and verified that I'm signed in and that all Xbox services are running. I've checked my connection Speed. I haven't had the system turned on for several
months and I noticed when I started it yesterday that advanced Warfare wasn't loading from the disc until after several attempts. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. I did get it to work however before I attempted to go online.

Sounds like the console (and maybe game) could be out of date, sounds like the entire thing might need a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) just so everything is updated together. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

I would suggest performing a
powercycle.

• Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 secs
• Once the console shuts off, unplug the power cord from the wall socket for 1-2 mins.

If you've tried that already, I would suggest you try a
soft factory reset. This will restore the operating system to factory defaults but will keep your content installed on the hard drive. Make sure you take the disc out before you start the reset and have your account log in information available.

If you complete that and it's still not letting you play online, then I suggest re-installing the game.

Let us know once you try those steps.

Total mess.

It was a great idea but it did not have the outcome either one of us expected. I'm certain that I selected the option that kept games but it wiped them out anyway. It also loaded a new profile. For some reason it didn't recognize my old one that's should
be associated with my email. I can't remember the old handle and there seems to be nothing else attached to my email. Too frustrated and pissed off to try anymore. I'm leaving until tomorrow. There is no
(Mod Removed-Inappropriate Language) it should be this complicated
