Advanced Warfare season pass not working.

Can anyone please tell me why, I can't get my Season Pass for Advanced warfare to work.,or any of the special weapon codes either, only bought the thing for.zombies.and.i can't get it going.Its all downloaded, but I just can't access the stuff as far as
I cab tell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, it looks like Zombies will be available, but only if you purchase the Season Pass:

If i was to buy the advanced warfare seasons pass on my xbox 360, and then i purchased a xbox one in a month and got the advanced warfare for that, would i have to buy the seasons pass again?

 

Have you installed the Season Pass? Claiming the pass code isn't enough, there is a file which needs to be downloaded with it too.

Go to APPS & GAMES

Select Queue

Is the Season Pass in there waiting to be installed?

If not, go to Call of Duty in the Store

Select Season Pass from the addons

Does it say "Installed", "Install" or "Purchase"?

If it says Install then simply click it and download your Season Pass.

If it says Installed, try removing it by going to Manage Game when CoD is highlighted and delete the Season Pass. Then re-install and try running CoD again.

If it says Purchase, try redeeming your code again if you had one. If that fails, reach out to Xbox Support and see if they can explain why it is asking you to purchase the pass again.

 

I've done all that. It says installed. I've even reset the console, redownloaded it all.

When I sign in and go to MP ( trying to find zombies) it always says bonus map atlas available. I go to that and its already installed. If it helps I got the games and everything else with it. In the Advanced Warfare 1tb bundle. Then I bought the season
pass.

All I want to do is get zombies going. Am I just overlooking something?

I just can't find it, and it doesn't make sense that it keeps telling me I have that map m, when I've already downloaded,

 

Hey there, DAVID 8 I 2! Looks like the Advanced Warfare version of Zombies is coming out with Havoc next week. Once it is available, you should have access to what you are looking for. Post back next Tuesday if you are still unable to find it.

 

So as of right now there are no zombies at all on Advanced Warfare?

 

I am unable to find the Havoc dlc on Xbox 360 and I've downloaded the season pass

 

Dont say that I'm in the middle of a 20 mile in upper 20 degree light snow. Was so looking forward to getting to play.

 

20 mile walk to where I'm crashing for the night, fingers cold.

 

I have a season pass for advanced warfare but dlc havoc won't play.

Hey, everyone! An update for you all. We have seen some reports that doing a hard reboot on your Xbox One has resolved this for users. Please attempt the steps below for us.

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely (about 8 seconds).
   
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.
   
3. Press the power button on the console three or four times.
4. Plug the power cable back into the console.
5. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
6. Turn on the console using the power button.

This will ensure all the power has been drained from power supply as well as the console. See if you can access these items again after that.

If you have the season pass , click on Havoc , it wont charge you but it will ask you if you want to install it.....TA-DA!!!!.....worked for me anyway
