    Hey, this is happening to me to, but, i bought the digital pro edition and i've un-installed it and re-installed it and in-game it still saying I have not bought it. Please help thanks!

    Sorry to hear about the issue, did you purchase the Xbox 360 version or the Xbox One version of the seasons pass?

    I bought the digital copy as well for xboxone and have the EXACT same issue, I keep getting season pass for AW has been purchased. This occurs when I try to select the new dlc gun.

    I contacted MS and Brandi was not that helpful, she would not refund or reset the SP purchase because it is not policy. She told me to contact Activision.

    I did call service and although I got my refund, Trijntje did not solve the problem.. I assume that she didn't try to remove the Season Pass from my purchase records because I still own it.

    Sorry to hear about the issues with the Call of Duty Advanced Warfare seasons pass. If you haven't already, please go ahead and try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • First, make sure that you have linked your gamertag to your Call of Duty profile by following the steps here.
    • Check to make sure that the DLC is installed by navigating to Games & Apps.
    • Select Call of Duty:Advanced Warfare and then select Manage Game.
    • Look on the right side to check to see if you can see the seasons pass.
    • Try removing your profile and adding your profile back on your Xbox One console.
    If you are still unable to access the contents from your seasons pass, please let us know the following information:

    • Which version of the seasons pass did you purchase? Xbox One or Xbox 360?
    • What specific content are you unable access?

    same problem here. Purchased atlas pro edition for Xbone, but AE4 is locked, and game says I have to purchase season pass...

  10. I've also had the same sort of issues, I purchased the Xbox one season pass as an extra birthday gift for my son. I've entered the redeem code and started to download it and the Xbox froze........I've reset Xbox gone into my downloads and It's not there?!
    Tried to redeem the code again only for it to tell me this codes been used already try another one. I looked in downloads, my games, my account, subscriptions etc it's nowhere to be found. I rang support who said "AW are having issues I'm sure it will appear
    soon" can you believe that...I'm still waiting for this issue to be rectified..

    My son has had nothing but problems with downloads, installs and updates etc since I brought it. I've paid £550 for this Xbox bundle, extra games and add ons for it and all you get from Xbox support is I'm sure it will appear soon.... its a joke

  12. Hey! all of us are having the same issue... yall have had plenty of time to resolve the problem and it looks like you still havent fixed it. why? i think we all deserve some sort of compensation for this. and i dont think just 1 month free of live is enough
    for the frustration and opportunities missed because yall have a problem programming stuff correctly.

  14. Four days later...... still not fixed!!!! Neither me or my wife have gotten the dlc I paid for! I can't say what I would like to say, but I feel that there should be an automatic compensation for this screw up. It seems to mainly effect those that ordered
    it before it came out. Or those that pre-ordered the game and season pass as a whole. The people I have talked while playing, said that they got the season pass separately from the game it's self.

    Yes, I know that they are separate items. I mean that they were purchased in a Pro edition which came with the Season Pass.

  15. It seems to only affect us that bought the Digital Pro Edition...and its been a week and no fix, no answers and seemly no care from MS or Activision.....I dont care about the gun I care that this is a preview of whats going to happen when the DLC maps drop.....I
    dont care if I get my money back ...I really dont...I just will NEVER purchase digital content ever again!
