Advanced Warfare Season Pass issue

I've done everything prior to removing and recovering my profile. When I did remove and recover my account, nothing changed. It didn't work, basically.

Actually, it looks like Zombies will be available, but only if you purchase the Season Pass:

If i was to buy the advanced warfare seasons pass on my xbox 360, and then i purchased a xbox one in a month and got the advanced warfare for that, would i have to buy the seasons pass again?

Nothing has been fixed yet even after AW's first patch update. This really needs to be fixed soon..

 

Can we seriously get a fix for this? I can't download ATLAS GORGE and I'm afraid I might not be able to get DLC for this game!! I bought a broken Pass..

Sorry to hear that the issue is continuing to occur. Are you able to see the seasons pass installed on your Xbox One? You can verify this by following these steps:

• From the Dashboard, navigate to My games & apps.
• Select Games and navigate to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
• Press the Menu button and select Manage game.
• On the right side you should see the seasons pass.

Let us know if the seasons pass is located under the Ready to install section or already shows as installed. Thanks!

 

Season Pass is installed, my Xbox says that I own it, and AW is still saying that I don't have it and is just advertising it to me in its in-game store. I can't buy it in-game because I already own it and Gorge is only saying Bundle-Only in the store I still
can't download it.

Hey all, same problem here. Ended up speaking to ms support and the only way they could sort it in the end was to delete the season pass from my records and refund me so I could buy the season pass again on the xbone. All sorted now. Support guy I spoke
to was called Gavin, great guy.

 

I thought you can't be refunded for downloadable content. I might as well give them a call and explain everything and see if I can be refunded so I can just get the pass on the Xbone.

Hey this is back to decyther 74, I was just wondering if when you got it refunded, did you still get to keep the 360 version? I want this fixed but don't want to lose the 360 version. Thanks!
