Advanced Warfare resolution?

What do you guys think it will run at?

I could always hope for 1080p but I think the game could run better at a lower resolution.

I couldn't give a rats back passage what resolution it runs at tbh, as long as the game is fun that's all I care about. Ryse was "only" 900p and how many awards and nominations did that receive for best looking next gen game?

It's not just resolution though, look at COD Ghosts I have it on PS4 and XBOXONE. It's looks and runs/performs better on PS4 by a large margin. I hope the next COD is better, but currently the difference is bigger than just resolution, it's general game
performance.

I still wonder why this resolution/FPS debate is still going on and for the console gamers that are bothered about it then why not stick to a decent gaming PC which graphics wise is going to win hands down every time.

Weird thing is though, a few sites reported that why games like COD, Assassins Creed and Thief looked slightly better on PS4 they actually ran smoother on XB1, well apart from COD on PS4 after getting the day one patch to bump the performance.

As the owner of both consoles ( I can't talk for Thief as I never played it on PS4 ) but COD and Assassins Creed I played on both and whilst I didn't ( and wouldn't waste my time doing so ) do a side by side comparison but having played both games on the
same TV I didn't notice the claimed better visuals on PS4 and the claimed better smoothness on XB1, l don't care about and don't go looking for differences, if I was that concerned about having the best possible visuals I would stick to my PC.

Funny thing though, as Mr Codger mentioned above, this ( not from all gamers ) must have every game at 1080p makes me chuckle when Ryse Son of Rome which is only a poorly 900p has been voted by alot of sites as the best looking new gen game so far lol

As for the new Call of Duty, don't much care for the MP but looking forward to playing the campaign through, looks pretty decent in my opinion.

 

Weird thing, funny thing , I myself "LOL" (do people still lol)? aside.

COD Ghosts runs a lot better on PS4 than it does on XBOXONE , add me play me on either.

The very reason i have not touched the XB1 or the PS4, nothing is going to beat my i7 and my GTX760 on multiplats across the board, only reason i will have to touch these console will be either a price of £150 with a few games in a good bundle, and exclusives
like Crackdown 3.

Yes MS, when you bring out Crackdown 3 i will buy a XB1, ball is in your court.

That got me thinking, there is a new Crackdown next year but is it Crackdown 3 or just a HD/Remastered Edition? .. I'll have to have a look later.

Again though, you've said it yourself, you won't touch any console and this is what baffles me about alot of console gamers, look on Xbox.com/PSN forums or sites like IGN and it's all about .... "GRAPHICS" and "POWAHHHH" ... they sound like a bunch of kids
in the school playground arguing over who got the best toy for Christmas, cringe worthy, it really is.

As I've said before, I stick mainly with the XB1 for the games, at this moment in time and for the foreseeable future it has by far more games that suit "ME" .. Multiplatforms ( even with less pixels lol ) I still stick with XB1, controller suits me better
( don't worry PS4 folks, not saying controller is better, just SUITS me better and XB1 is where the majority of my friends/family are.

Now if in 6 months, 1 year etc the PS4 offers me up some appealing exclusives, well then you will find me over there more.

I use my PC for strategy games ( wish more appeared on console ) but if I ever do get like alot of fanboys where I want POWAHHHH and a billion pixels on screen and not worry about anything else then I shall box both consoles up and stick them in my loft.

Well the debate just got interesting as a Ubisoft engineer states MS/Sony, but specifically MS, as he states in the post, are pressuring them to force 30fps on PC, if true this is going to be big, need to wait and see how it plays out, seems this whole parity
thing with ACU is blowing up big time.

A good gaming pc is too expensive and takes up too much room. Plus i find it easier to connect to friends on consoles.

Thats my reason for preferring consoles.

Just thought id throw that out there.
