If you are speaking about the digital upgrade of the game

Then I believe you would have to purchase it on the Xbox 360 first before getting the free upgrade to the Xbox One. In this case you would be better off waiting for the game's full release to digital before placing your order and paying for it.

I have the same problem in advanced warfare, download was up 3 % after q was on standby and on again dropped to 1 % , you got any solution?

My comment above where I said that you could get a Xbox 360 version if you bought the Xbox version was wrong. You upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, or PS3 to PS4. You can't go the other way.
