My comment above where I said that you could get a Xbox 360 version if you bought the Xbox version was wrong. You upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, or PS3 to PS4. You can't go the other way.

so essentially there's no way to do the free 360 -> xbone upgrade via digital download until the 4th? that's some bull

Sorry to hear about the download issue! Let's try Uninstalling and Reinstalling Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Before reinstalling, perform a power console on the
Xbox One console. Once the power cycle has been done, reinstall the game without the console powering off or losing network connection. Follow the steps below:

• Uninstall Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
• Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once the Xbox One has powered off, remove the power cable from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug the power back into the Xbox One console and try reinstalling Call of Duty: Advance Warfare.
  

After following the steps, and the download still stops at a certain percentage, post back so we can help get this issue sorted!

AS U SUGGESTED I TRIED DOING THE POWER CYC;E AND RE INSTALLING THE GAME AND ITS NOW SHOWING UPDATING 100% AND ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS.. PLEASE TELL ME THE UPDATE FILE IS ARND 20 GB OR SMETIN COS THIS *** IS KILLIN ME NOW..LOL..DONT MIND

IT SAID IT WAS A 3.3 GB UPDATE AND I STSRTED THAT SIMULTANEOUSLY AND ALL IT SAYS TOO IS UPDATING 100%..

BOTH THE UPDATES GET QUEUED FOR A WHILE ONE AFTER THE OTHER..

I'm downloading the digital copy and it will get to like 30% then just restart all over again please someone help I've tried everything

 

This is crap!! Just got my brand new XB1 C.O.D AW edition w/1TB and my freaking C.O.D AW will not fully install. At first it would not go past 1%, now it stops at 88% then goes back to 80% WTF!!! Will this crap ever work or do I need to return the system
and just play my PS4. Seriously X-Box needs to get it's stuff together.
