Advanced Warfare pre-order

Hello, last night I pre-ordered Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare for the Xbox 360. I got a email with confirmation of the purchase, but I have not received a email with my code for in-game content for Call of Duty: Ghosts or Black Ops II. Is the code somewhere
in the confirmation email? Please help, thanks in advance

My comment above where I said that you could get a Xbox 360 version if you bought the Xbox version was wrong. You upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, or PS3 to PS4. You can't go the other way.

so essentially there's no way to do the free 360 -> xbone upgrade via digital download until the 4th? that's some bull

 

You'll need to check the details of the offer from where you bought it. Some items are given right away and some need to wait until the actual game is released

I looked at the online offer for Advanced Warfare though and couldn't see anything about Ghosts or BOII. Can you post a link to the offer you saw?

 

I bought cod as from xbox to get day zero bonuses...... my question is where are the bonuses..... no guns or exo wth
