Advanced warfare installed but says "unavailable"

My digital download finished just before midnight. There was a message saying I had to wait until 03/11/2014 to start my game.

few mins past midnight I tried to run the game and there was a message saying "unavailable"

hard reset my xbox multiple times and still nothing. Really frustrated. need some help

Store and everything is showing, but Advanced Warfare still says service is unavailable. Battlefield 4 still not working either....

I've re-installed my disc copy over 5 times now, I've tried doing it offline then doing the update separate but whenever I try to play online multiplayer it just says 'the advanced warfare servers are unavailable'

i went to the midnight release for thi game and was really excited for a call of duty game for the first time, and now I just feel robbed and upset with this broken game:'(

 

Ok im going to Re-install the game and see if it makes a difference. I'll report back once it is done.

However, if anyone has any insights on the matter please share.

 

Dont worry Microsoft will not help you here. I have just spent 3 hours on the xbox chat because of an issue of the game downloading twice and 2 different version and both not being available and when I asked a question to how can be sure this wont happen
again I was cut off the chat and told to wait.

 

Mine is saying 100% installed but I still can't get it to open or "completely" install

 

Right, looks like the reinstall worked. Oh this reinstall took around 8 hours. Had to leave it over night.

Absolute atrocious service if you ask me. I don't care how popular this game is they should have measures in place to insure everyone can download the bleeding thing on maximum down speed.

I don't have issues when purchasing/downloading games from steam, Microsoft should be no different.
