    Advanced warfare I ain't getting my advanced supply drops


    Xbox support team on advanced warfare when I reach level 20-30-40 I don't get my advanced supply drop but when I prestiege I get it I have also proof of it happening I could post it on youtube anyways it happened to me 3 times now and I really want them

    Hi there!

    This is not something that Microsoft will really be able to do anything about, since it's not their game. You will have to go to the game developers directly for this problem.

    Thanks for the reply. It is hard to say at this point in my opinion. With all that is going on they may be short staffed and that. The choice is ultimately up to you. All depends on how bad you want them at the moment.

    Missing Purchased Advanced Supply Drops in Advanced Warfare

    Thanks for your answer, I have been trying to reach Activision for the past day and a half now, checking their support site four times an hour, and it always says that all "Activision agents are busy assisting other customers." Should I just keep trying
    to get in contact with Activision, or do you think I should just request a refund at this point?
