    ADVANCED WARFARE; Havoc Issues


    Ok so I've owned CoD Advanced Warfare and its first DLC Havoc for a few months now...and STILL the AE4 and it's Widowmaker counterpart are still locked, saying I need to purchase a DLC, but when I click on Havoc it says I already own it, which of course
    I do. Please help, I've been patient :/

  3. Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies download not working

    I downloaded and re-downloaded havoc for advanced warfare, it didn't work. Then I got fed up and deleted my digital copy of the game. Now I can't get my digital copy of advanced warfare to download all the way and it just says incomplete everytime! I've
    downloaded 2 other games in the past 24 hours with no issues. Please help because now I can't play Advanced warfare at all ADVANCED WARFARE; Havoc Issues :(

    Hey there duh sharkk!

    To check, did you purchase the DLC on the same account you're currently using? If this was purchased on a different account you wouldn't have access to these weapons, only the account that made the original purchase. They may be showing as purchased due
    to another user on the console purchasing them.

    Yup, purchased on the same account less than a day after I bought the game itself.

    Let's try deleting the content for the DLC by visiting the game under Games & Apps and press the menu button on the game. From there you can manage it and delete the associated DLC. After you remove the DLC, remove your Gamertag from the console and power
    cycle by holding power button for 10 seconds (or until Xbox One powers off).

    Once everything is removed and console is back on, add your Gamertag to the console and re-download the DLC from your Ready to install list under Games & Apps. Let us know how it goes!

    Tried twice, the same error pops up telling me I already own the Havoc DLC, while the guns remain faded out with a download icon over them.

    Yeah, I've done the run around with Xbox Support and Bethesda on another issue, so I know the issue relies in the Xbox not the game company. But, whatever not doing this for a couple of weeks like last time. Thanks for nothing.
