Advanced Warfare game problems

I feel like everyone who bought Call of Duty Advanced Warfare deserves some type of compensation because of all the problems we are having. I have been having freezing problems and it keeps me from playing the game. I spent $450 on it ( I bought the Xbox
One edition of it) and I deserve to play it and they should of known that this is going to happen. This is a bad start for Sledgehammer.

Same Here . I bought the advanced warfare bundle and advanced warfare game download code doesn't work Help Please Microsoft.

 

Very slow startup and games loading

I am not having any problems with the screen, but the games wont load. I tried playing Unity, and after 30 minutes it still wouldnt load. Same thing with advanced warfare.

 

No compensation. Things happen.

 

hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds the console will make a noise different to a normal power down. After the console is completely shut down turn it back on and that will have cleared your problem. To be able to tell if it has worked when
you go to start a game it will say syncing this shows that the Xbox has remembered all saved date on your console. This information was given to me by an Xbox assistant when I had problems.

 

I already did that. I should get compensation for it because they should of known this would happen.

 

Same problem, played for a few hours and went to play again and all it shows is cod advanced screen and stays there. Any thoughts?

 

Zeek, while your frustration is understandable, if you're going to wait for compensation, you better have a seat on a very comfortable chair because it isn't happening. If we got no compensation for the monstrous disaster that was the launch of Battlefield
4, we're getting nothing for CoD AW. I have had some minor lag issues with the game, aide that, it plays great!

Try doing a factory reset (or whatever is called), search google for possible answers, call MS as much as you can until your issue gets solved. Good luck.

 

Online multiplayer has become unplayable as of today on my xbox one. I was experiencing some freezing randomly at match starts yesterday, but now it is freezing 4/5 times I attempt to start a match. Gameplay has actually gotten worse for me since the initial
install, which is a disappointment given the quality of product from earlier titles. Could be so great, but *** it sucks right now. (I have attempted every troubleshooting method imaginable too, minus trying up down left right abab select start on game launch.

 

The patch did help but i still suffer from games freezing and the game crashing

 

1st jan 2015 and it's still terrible, trying to get in 5 or 6 times before it finally lets you then you need to deal with the lag(not always lag but enough) or getting kicked out game play altogether. And what's with the local co-op match that still needs
to be online and is unplayable due to severe lag, surely local means local and this should be via the xbox and not your servers?

 

I have the same issue when i play split screen it freezes and kicks me off. I tried clearing it out with power and button and uninstall and reinstalled game three times and still having issue.

 

With any new product that is just over a year old (in the case of the One), there are going to be bugs and kinks to work out. It's to be expected. If you want to avoid those problems, don't buy it when it's still "new". Why do people always think they
are entitled to compensation any time something doesn't work flawlessly 100% of the time? Or if they just don't like a game like they thought they would. My stupid controller will completely stop responding all together out of no where. As in, I can't even
shut down my console with it, or do ANYTHING. I don't go whining to microsoft about deserving compensation. I just turn the xbox off, unplug it, take the batteries out of the controller, plug back in and turn on the controller. Problem solved. Is it annoying?
Yes. But oh well. The update didn't fix the problem, nor did buying a new controller. It is what it is. I'm sure it will work itself out in due time. Lots of growing pains going on still.

 

The reason why people want compensation is because they are paying for a service that they are not receiving. As I write this, voice chat is down. No in game voice chat or party chat. Hence why I am on the forums. When you pay money for a service, you
are expecting reasonable product. You are paying to play the game, yes we understand an issue here and there, but I have had an amazing amount of lag in the last 2 weeks, random disconnects saying the servers are down, have to hard boot the system multiple
times a day to get chat to work, friends/clans lists not reporting properly, supply drops disappearing, UAVs not showing up after they are called in during a match and insane bullet lag. Bugs will happen, but as a paying consumer, we are expecting a working
product free of critical bugs. I did not pay for a Alpha/Beta game. This is not steam and I am paying for a prealpha game that is horrible. I am paying for the number one selling game in the market, that should be pretty and shiny and polished. Not the
mess we have now. Ghosts was garbage, AW is a close 2nd to the worst CoD yet. There is a case here for compensation but it would come only at the hands of a class action suit.

 

Fix the problems. Stop making excuses and blaming others for the poor quality. Microsoft and Sledgehammer are equally to blame for this debacle. The poor matchmaking, in game chat problems, excessive lag and poor server response are fixable. Sledgehammer,
fix the server problems that cause lag and very poor signal. The respawns are the worst I have ever seen. I have actually had enemy players spawn behind me in a closed room. Incredible. Lags so bad and inconsistent that the game can be unplayable. I have very
good internet speed. Yet on your servers, it's a tossup as to how a game will go. Fix the problems before offering us camouflage skins or other things to purchase. Microsoft, for Gods sake, deliver what you promised us. You have made the console unnecessarily
complicated and hard to use. You promised a new world but gave us inferior service and confusion. Fix the game chat and party issues. fix the matchmaking issues. Please stop telling me that a hard reset is all that's needed. It's not. You have made me long
for my 360 again. Why did you get rid of voice messaging? In game messaging is a nightmare. Fix these problems. Acknowledge the issues. Uphold your end of the deal.
