    Hey, everyone! I am very sorry to see so many of you affected and unable to upgrade your 360 digital version to your Xbox One. We know first hand how frustrating this experience could have been. I have reports that this should be resolved now, and you should
    be able to download the
    Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Launch Edition     of the game on Xbox One at no additional charge.

    We thank you very much for your patience while we got this sorted out! We are happy to see that you have access to the upgrade now! If you are still unable to do the upgrade, please post back in here so that we can look into it further. We want to make sure
