Advanced Warfare free xbox one upgrade not working

Still not working. ...cant stand 360 graphics while went in my brother's room x1 is so detailed. Pls fix want to play on my x1

 

I'm also having the same issue. Although I haven't received any sort of code after downloading the digital on the 360, is that only something you got through GameStop?

 

For me, yeah, I got a code from GameStop. Basically it was a voucher for $60 in the microsoft store, then used that money to buy the digital copy on the 360.

 

I've seen some people say that support said it was Activision's fault, when 3 hours after Day Zero began I spoke with Microsoft Support and they said it was theirs. They even went as far as to say it would be accessible within 5 - 8 hours and to be patient.
Like all of you, I bought it for both copies to play on DAY ZERO. It's crazy that they aren't properly addressing this, on top of the fact I would guess we won't receive any form of compensation for their mistake.

 

This is quite ridiculous, been having so many issues with my one lately and this just adds to it

 

Still having same problems as everyone else, "unavailable" overly frustrating! There should at least be some sort of notice or acknowledgement to the masses that a fix is on the way and some type of credit or comp for it, very disappointing for a brand
new release that everyone wants to play on their next gen and can't.

 

When I go in xbox one store it says that I can purchase the game for $60 even though I bought it digitally for 360. Is it a rebate or should I be seeing something else?

 

I just got off a chat with Microsoft and they informed me that you have to play for 24-48 hours on the 360 before it will sync with the One. Not sure if this will work, but I though Id share.

 

This is getting ridiculous. The chat has a different answer for everyone.

 

I have tweeted sledgehammer, called microsoft getting no answers. Playstation owners had no issues at all. wtf. next time i am going with sony for these offers. this is beyond ridiculous. Here is a brilliant idea just give us the *** game on xbox one, so
give everyone that digitally downloaded the game a 65 credit on their virtual wallet and let us download the version on our xbox one since you can't figure out how to fix or even address this issue

same here guys. ive told this to a xbox suport guy and told me to wait and i gave him my gamertag and stuff.. im glad im not the only one with this problem (so we can be heard to fix this)
