Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies on Xbox One

I bought the Season pass today, but when I try to play exo zombies it tells me that additional content is required. It then proceeds to take me to the store and says I have already purchased the season pass and to get it from my games & apps. But it says
it's installed. Anyone else having this issue?

My dlc is not working

i bought havoc on advanced warfare and it says purchased but i cant access the new maps or exo zombies

 

Are DLC's transferable between the 360 & One?

I bought Advanced Warfare on disc,and a season pass for the Xbox One,also some skins/exo suits etc.I've downloaded Advanced Warfare onto my 360,can I transfer DLC/skins etc onto my 360 that I purchased on my One?It's the same account.

Power Cycle

Unlike Xbox 360, the Xbox One does not have a menu option to clear cache on the console. Instead, follow these steps to clear cache on an Xbox One:

1.Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

2.Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

3.Press the power button on the console three or four times.

4.Plug the power cable back into the console.

5.Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

6.Turn on the console using the power button.

Performing step 3 will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Redownload / Download DLC

If multiple add-ons were included in a single purchase, like a season pass or a Limited Edition game bundle, you may need to download them separately. There are two ways to download the individual items:

1.Press the Xbox button on the controller to return to the Home screen. Or, say “Xbox, go home.”

2.Select My games and apps.

3.Highlight Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, then press the Menu button.

4.Select See in Xbox Store.

5.Scroll right to see the column of add-ons.

6.Select a Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC pack, then select Install.

7.Once the download is complete, launch Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare to use the content.

You will see an Install button on downloadable content items that you have purchased.

 

Just to add on here, when performing a power cycle, you'll hold the power sensor for approximately 8 seconds, let it go, and then BEFORE unplugging it, you need to wait for the power brick light to turn solid orange. (It will flash orange, then go back to
white for about 30 seconds, then return to steady orange.) If you unplug it before it goes back to orange, you would run the risk of damaging the system during its shutdown routine.

Also, it really isn't necessary to unplug the console when performing a power cycle. Once the system is fully shut down and the power brick goes orange, this is enough to clear the memory cache (and is the fix for the vast majority of issues you'll encounter!

 

the " additional content is required" is the Havoc that you need to download.....it will show you a price but will not charge you......here is a link from Activision....
