Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies download not working

I can not load exo zombies onto my 360 console. I keep getting an error message when I try to access it. I followed what I was supposed to do when I checked support and downloaded the compatibility pack and it still didn't work. Can someone help me?

 

Steps on Xbox 360 for a workaround until there's a patch/fix:

- Sign out of your Xbox profile

- Create a new profile on Xbox, but don't connect to XBL

- Use that profile to load COD: AW, then enter Exo Zombies mode while signed into the non-XBL profile

- After Exo Zombies loads, press Guide and sign out of this profile, then sign into your profile.

**** You'll need to perform this any time you want to play Exo Zombies

 

I have tried everything as above for my son, we bought the havoc doc then the season pack £50 in total and still doesn't work. Have now raised a PayPal dispute as good do not work as described.

 

I downloaded and re-downloaded havoc for advanced warfare, it didn't work. Then I got fed up and deleted my digital copy of the game. Now I can't get my digital copy of advanced warfare to download all the way and it just says incomplete everytime! I've
downloaded 2 other games in the past 24 hours with no issues. Please help because now I can't play Advanced warfare at all

I downloaded the Season Pass on Xbox One a couple months ago. When I try to play Exo Zombies it says I need to purchase the DLC to play. The AE4 Widowmaker is available, but not the 4 DLC maps. How can I fix this?

 

I've tried the Activision fix, didn't work, there's nohing in my download queue, how do i delete individual updates and the havoc dlc?

 

Support... please stop saying it has bubbled up! please sort the problem! we have paid good money for the game and we cannot use it properly. will we get a refund for the missing component?

get it running, or is this just another ploy to make everyone purchase an xbox one?

I cant afford one as I have been on longterm sick for 3 years so please get it sorted!

 

Ok people..... Here's what I found out today. As of right now the only way exo zombies will work is if you don't install the Havok DLC. It sounds weird but it works. Hopefully someone gets this glitch fixed as I would like to play the maps that came with
the DLC.

 

I was charged $19.95 for the havoc dlc content when, i had downloaded it from the cod advanced warfare in game store for free. I would like a refund!

 

We have downloaded the season pass and Havoc DLC but still can't access content. Says we do not have map packs. Or downloadable content package was removed...

Any ideas?

This question is not answered! We all paid good money for it and it doesn't work, no work around works, the make up a ID and download it every time you want to play does not work. Stop pointing fingers at the other guy and get this fixed. I cannot believe
that this wasn't tested before it was released, Obviously, someone *** up. Fix it or refund us all

How is this not resolved I thought Activision was a reputable company and not thiefs that take your money and give you a defective product

 

I've tried this and I still receive the error message...money wasted for the season pass? I think so...
