Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies download not working

Absolutely NOTHING will work for me.. i've tried the work-around with an offline account, ive tried deleting and then re-downloading everything. I can't contact support anywhere for some odd reason and it's just not working!

Call of Duty Advanced Warfare unable to play Exo Zombies

I'm unable to play the Exo Zombies game mode in Call of Duty Advanced Warfare even though I purchased and downloaded the Season Pass. Here's what's happening: I load up Advanced Warfare, select Exo Zombies, then when the Exo Zombies main menu loads up, a
message pops up saying I need to download either the DLC or the Season Pass to access the Exo Zombies content. The popup gives me 2 options: Store or Close. I select Store and it pops up the in-game store with the Season Pass listed as being purchased. I select
the Season Pass to download it again and the Xbox One says I've already downloaded it so I can't download it again. I close that popup and am taken back to the main menu. When I select any of the options to play (Xbox Live, Local Play, etc), this process is
repeated. It's been like this since the Havoc DLC came out and it's really frustrating that it's not working. Can anyone help me with this?

 

My dlc is not working

i bought havoc on advanced warfare and it says purchased but i cant access the new maps or exo zombies

 

tried it all still not working

if don't get it fixed soon going to throw out the door and buy a playstation

 

exo zombies not working tried every thing and still wont play

 

We struggled big time with this problem. Followed Aznatec's advice to the tee. Worked perfect. My son is a happy camper!

 

Yep Exo Zombies wasn't working this morning...stated up this afternoon, and now this evening, when I actually have time to play...of course...not working...get your crap together Xbox!

 

I feel like I've been played only game I play can't play da *** I'm getting p'ed off want 2 play zombies is it that hard

 

Same here but if you log in to another account but don't go on xbox live it works Did for me at least I can play it until xbox sort it

Sorry to hear about the issue with Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies! This has been bubbled up to the proper teams who are working on getting this issue sorted. For more information, check out Activision's Unable
to Access Exo Zombies Mode page. In the meantime I also recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

• First, check your active downloads to ensure that all updates and compatibility packs are fully downloaded by pressing the Guide button from the Dashboard.
  
• Select Games & Apps, then select Active Downloads.
• Once you have verified that all downloads are complete, clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.
  
• After you have cleared your cache, power cycle your Xbox 360 console.
  
• Check to see if you are able to access the Exo Zombies.

I figured it out . Before you play you have to clear your system cache and then if loads

 

All of my friends packs r working apart from mine

 

It should of came with the game

 

When is the patch gonna be released?
